NYC Mayor Bloomberg joined American Lung Association President Steve Nolan (and a member of the Pickens Plan army) as the ALA endorsed the Pickens Plan saying, “Cleaner energy makes healthier air.” Mayor Mike was an early Pickens Plan supporter. He signed a 2005 law adding CNG to NYC sanitation vehicles.
