I am an outsider, but If I follow the news in the US the health care bill and the Pickens Plan are hot items. If you link this two together, that is: the enormous savings on foreign oil import if you follow the Pickens Plan, could part of that not be used to finance the health care plan? That way you will:
- boost your local economy,
- save the environment
- and have proper healthcare for every body
