You are setting up the entire U.S.A. for yet another costly error ahead in hydrocarbon energy development, Boone. The public may not be aware--but I am indeed aware-- there are no \'errors\' in economic development or in politics. All courses are contrived, analyzed, criticized, formulated, and implemented by agendas. I see through the oil and gas agenda. You are going to forfeit the country for one more round of world record gas prices and you will never see the profit from it. You should have invested or endorsed \"Big Wind\" technology when you were invited and while you had a time window. But you were TOO greedy ( China and Russia have already put the breaks on you)--and the world will never be run from Oklahoma. Sorry boys. It will never happen.

How I thirst like Lazeras for the energy development capital that comes too easily to you, Boone!
Don\'t kill the messenger for having insight to warn you that China will likely expropriate what you build as soon as you do it. My second concern is in supply. What after the gas is consumed? The CIA says that within the next 21 months present Chinese energy demand will consume 75% of what remains in the world\'s 5 largest remaining reserves...so exactly what do you think it will cost to run a natural gas powered vehicle in 21 months? You aren\'t in this for charity, Boone. Neither is China. And they are coming soon.

Barak. Watch Barak. Watch Barak promise. Watch Barak promise Obama money. Watch Barak cry because China says \"No.\"

If the Pickens plan (which I support) supported a National Energy Lottery (see my
blog below) proposal the 4 million followers donated 5 bucks a week
for this Energy Raffle, there would be 800 winners a week or 41,600 winners a year
of a $25,000 voucher good only for Renewable products, ie; solar, wind, hybrid,
energy green appliances, etc...and be fully transferrable as well. Take advantage
of the Fed\'s energy credit and it would buy around $32,000 worth of Green product.
If the Pickens Plan ran this program and retained 10% for operations, not only would
it generate further income for the cause but the donators would have some fun with
the potential of winning this voucher 25,000 to 1 odds. better than a money lottery.

Dear Mr. Pickens:

Have you thought about contacting some of the major truckstop chains like Town Pump or others about natural gas dispensing. In Montana, there aren\'t many different highways though it\'s a huge state. If just the Town Pump truck stops had natural gas available, there\'d be no problem fo refueling natural gas trucks.

Then---why not talk to UPS--which runs trucks on natural gas in other countries -- about switching their fleet to natural gas here? Just as a trial--and do a docmentary to follow the entire process -- maybe do monthly follow-ups on the progress. Then let them talk about the savings after one year and see how it adds up.

Another thought-- if the Town Pumps had natural gas available, then all of the state vehicles could run on it also.

Try North Dakota -- there\'s a lot of natural gas over there--their governor should be open to doing an experiment like that because it would be a great promo to develop a resource in their own state.

Why Town Pump? Because they are a family owned country -- but large enough to effectively cover the state. They sell non-branded gas and aren\'t affiliated with the oil companies and don\'t have to deal with those issues (I hope). They\'re progressive, they\'ve always been a little ahead of the curve. They have 21 truck stops and 81 convenience stores which cover Montana effectively. I know that when you look at a map, it looks like a lot of empty space between stations -- but believe me there are very few highways in Montana -- just 3 interstates and Town Pump is there in every town you need to get a fill-up in.

I don\'t have a financial interest in their company, but have watched them grow and they are very well run -- a family company so it\'s a short distance to the top -- and just a few people to present a plan to in order to get it going. I think it\'d be a great partnership -- and good publicity for all involved -- you -- a successful Montana company -- and Brian Schweitzer -- and UPS. Maybe there could be some grants to get it going, but with good leadership -- others will follow.

Why UPS? Because they are large -- and other portions of their company (the overseas branches) are already familiar with vehicles running on natural gas. That will be harder to do -- to convince them to do it -- but maybe that\'s where the tax credits -- or a large grant from Pickens? or the state? would come in. Then you have some training issues for the maintenance of these vehicles, but that\'s part of the plan -- and part of what would be covered in the documentary.

Here\'s their website - Townpump.com - and their contact information - Town Pump Inc. - 600 South Main Street - Butte, Montana - 406-497-6700

If you could bring representatives from UPS, the Montana trucker\'s association, Town Pump, and the Governor\'s office together, and then do a documentary to make this thing happen, then we could start to move the country in the right direction. Montana is a small state -- but I think we\'ve got more of a \"can do\" attitude -- and less bureaucracy to convince. Maybe this could happen. But it\'s important to get this into a documentary -- or get news organizations like Dateline and CNN -- Anderson Cooper comes to mind -- to follow this transformation.

Maybe the way to get started is to show a successful transformation in a small state -- yet with a large company -- and a cooperative chain of convenience stores and truck stops.

Now -- how do I get someone on this website to even read this idea??

Please respond to me if you think it could work.

Boone,
2 Questions
1. Why has this site been allowed to turn into RX underground?
2. How does a supposedly environmentally conscious person like yourself justify piping millions of gallons of water from the already overused Ogallala aquafer to El Paso and Dallas from your land? A 654 mile pipeline is absurd! You sir, are a fraud. To anyone who thinks otherwise, please read Scientific American Earth 3.0 issue where Boone\'s picture is prominently featured.

Boon, I have an idea to harnes the power of waves. It works like this: imagine a large downut shaped tank. From the center hangs a pendulem. From the end of the pendulem are three cables. The cables attach to electrical generators on the perimiter of the downut. As waves rock the downut the cables are sequentially pulled. The electricity is used to convert H2O into H and O. The unit is not anchored but is allowed to move freely. Keeping the unit in position or moving it to a new position will require additional hardware. For positioning, I have have some ideas that would rely on available energy.

I wanted to share these ideas with you and get your thoughts. If you think they make sense and that I haven\'t just fallen off my rocker, I\'d like to discuss the possibility of further development.

I come to you because after watching your interviews and commercials, I get the impression you are a fair man and would treat me fairly.

boone, I like the idea of a wind bank. I was thinking that if th federal government could issue \"energy bonds\" to fund aspects of the \"plan\", that could produce not only generate funds, but give folks a chance to really get involved. The energy bonds could be issued just like saving bonds from payroll deductions, , and could be issued at banks, govenernment web sites etc.

The interest rate would not necesarily be an issue, but the target of the funds would be. The money generated, could only be used for wind, solar, and intrastructure conversion to CNG for the trucing industry.

Oh, the wind bank could issue the energy bonds also.
