		<description>We have already gained the support of both candidates.  The next step would be completely isolating the issue of ENERGY as the PRIMARY PROBLEM we face.  Even further, once the candidate is in office.  It would be necessary to pursue our plan within the first 100 days of office.  It\'s a win win situation.  America wins via low energy costs.  The incoming administration wins via gaining public support.  The administration looking phenomenal  by turning around our economy is another example of why they are motivated as well.</description>
