Would have liked to seen pics of Democaratic Convention. Then I would now that TB is really serious about the ENTIRE Country coming together, not just the same good ole boys
network, also TB has a buddy this year who has set up a fund, like TB did in 2004 to swift-boat Kerry, a three-time purple heart Vietnam Vet. I spent 10 months there and I sure don\’t know of any outfit handing them out with free tickets home. I would have had to blow
my foot off to make that happen. So I CAll BS there…it was and is about power…money..now having said it…TBPickens doesn\’t seem to be hurting for money…but I sure could use a few bucks…why not double or triple the 8% other slice of pie, which includes renewables and because we are diversafied into dozens of energy savings products, conservation first, then solar generation, consisting of Solar hot water and Solar electric and then shorten TBP\’s plan to 5 years and put the entire country back to work at the same time….THAT\’S OBAMA\’S PLAN…And I say then double the use of NG..if you can.

Palin does not believe global warming is real. Let\’s get very real. We aren\’t just talking energy independence here, we are fighting global warming. Palin should be examined very, very closely. After close scrutiny, I don\’t think she is eligible to lead this nation. Don\’t be fooled by the glitz, folks. Start digging into her philosophies and you will learn alot. She could very well be the largest scam this country has ever seen. Be smart forgodsake.

I heard the speech; I heard her support for McCain\’s energy policy, which she appeared to rubber-stamp, without an original thought on the subject. No one is showing a serious commitment to education and training in renewables, and that is how we build a long-term energy independence…not by putting in pipelines.

We had the choice in Bakersfield to support pipelines from the nearby gas fields or to support a combined cycle power generation plant…we went with the co-gen plant. Much cheaper to produce power in the gas field than to run pipelines from state to state.

Without training for green development, we will lose our production base. Governor Palin and her policies align very positively with the Pickens Plan. Alaska\’s multiple energy resources (oil, natural gas, wind, etc.) are abundant and Governor Palin is squarely behind tapping into them in her home state as well as the lower 48. Finally, a candidate who gets it! Mr. Pickens has REAL support in the McCain/Palin ticket.

As she explained last night, Sarah Palin DOES have CNG at the top of her list too. She knows a little something about the oil business and wants to build more natural gas pipelines. She\’s on board with the Pickens Plan. Let\’s give her a chance!
