I would like to order a copy of your book but do not see an address or price on your site to do so ? I believe it would help sales and help the wounded troops too, if you had a picure of the cover of the book and ordering instructions, along with information about the designation of those funds to help the troops, and, if people could use their credit cards to order it off of your web site.
