How many Presidents have promised to address our energy policy here in America 8 or 9 now??? Like most politicians words come cheap and promises broken at every turn. I was told by one of my state Senators last week the US Senate just recently voted down the PickensPlan. I feel they think he is just another private citizen who made lots of money so he should just be \"fat, dumb and happy\" then go away. Last I checked most members of congress and probably every President is a millionaire so maybe they all should just go away too. It looks to me that history is repeating itself dating back to then President Jimmy Carter and his failed energy and Middle East policies. This President and the current congress seem to want business as usual when it comes to changing America\'s energy policy and our dealings with monopoly OPEC.
